Understanding the individual needs of the home user is critical, so it is my aim to repair your computer in your own home if possible, if I need to take it away for repair I aim to return it within 1 to 3 days.

Losing your family photos or the book you've been writing for years because of a computer problem can be so devastating, so the data on your computer is backed up when taken away for repair and restored so you can carry on from where you left off. If you would like the backup on CD or DVD please ask.

We all need to understand our computers better, whether it be keyboard skills, using software or the Internet so feel free to ask questions when I visit. I also offer comprehensive training as required.
